Registration and Cancellation Details
Registration: Pre
registration is required for all trips and courses. All fees
must be paid in full at the time of registration. To make
a registration request, please fill out this
form or call us at 415-461-2222.
Cancellations: For
a full refund, cancellations can be made no less than two
weeks prior to the scheduled course date for single day courses
and no less than three weeks for multi-day courses. No refund
will be issued after the cancellation period has expired.
Prerequisites: Some
of Outback Adventures’ programs require a certain level of
skill, knowledge, physical condition, and/or experience.
If you are not sure, give us a call to see which course is
right for you.
Additional
Details: Outback
Adventures may need to cancel a trip or class
due to either
minimum
group
size requirements, weather, or safety concerns. If Outback
Adventures cancels for minimum group size requirements
you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full
refund. If Outback
Adventures cancels
a trip or class due to weather or safety concerns,
your course will be rescheduled for a future convenient
date.
All published
prices are based on minimum group size requirements.
We require all clients to
sign both a release of liability and medical
history form before participation can begin. Please review
these documents and be ready to sign them on the day of the
course.
